Hello,
I have an active contract with EE. I can't see the live chat option on my EE Web login or EE App. I prefer contacting EE via the live chat option over calling or posting my request here. Have EE withdrawn the live chat feature on all channels - Web and App?

If you are on contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.

Thank you for you response.
I have two numbers on my EE account - I am a user for one number and payer on the other. I can only see Call Us on the Help section of the EE app.

Hi @lavenad,
You'll need to register as the bill payer in the EE app to access live chat.
