I moved to another country and have not used a phone with EE for more than three months. But I have already been charged a large amount of debt. How can I terminate the contract with EE?

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue and settlement.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Did you request to cancel the contract by calling us?
If so, when did you call and did you ask to move to pay as you go or get a PAC or just cancel the contract?
