Ee pay bill online not working

Pay online bill is not working it keeps coming up with an error saying they couldn't process payment

Hiya, yes I tried again today and its still saying the same

Are you using this Fast Payment service, @DanielleR32? If not, could you give it a go please?

Yes that's the one I've been using, I log into my account and try and pay it, and it says "can't process payment"
