Surely that can't be right. It can't be up until the end of contract if it's an Out of Contract Discount. It has to be after the contract ends

@KnightofStRig You’ll get a 10% discount 3 months after your minimum term. So your 4th bill after the minimum term will have the discount applied to it. It’ll remain until you upgrade/change networks or just terminate.
You’ll probably get a better deal going sim only though

You are still in contract. All that has happened is that the min. contract term has expired but the contract continues on a rolling 30-day notice basis until you cancel it by giving notice, upgrading or porting to another network.
The "Out of Contract Discount" is a misnomer. It is really an Out of Min. Term Discount.
