Leaving EE before 14days cooling period

I am new costumes on EE. Its bean around. 10days and we have lots of problems with the Internet.  Call EE customers service asked to cancel.  Find new provider and now I needed to pay 192£!!! For what?? Ir that's anything what I can do? Don't wanna pay if I cant use Internet.  Thanks

@Coco41 : Call CS & tell them you want to leave within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, as long as you ordered by phone or online. You should not be charged. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
