Hi we started with EE on 22 July 2024 and all goid had direct debit all set up. However our first direct debit was mysteriously cancelled and according to the message I received it was cancelled by EE , however I immediately contacted you and set up direct debit again. You then have the cheek to charge me a late payment. Who can I take this up with. When I called about you cancelling our direct debit the gentleman could not understand what I was saying. So please advise who I am best to contact.

Hi @Kgmama I can imagine it's frustrating for your first bill to have a late payment charge.
I'd recommend giving our billing team a call so that a billing guide can take a look into this.
If you're calling from your EE phone, you'd just need to dial 150.
