Do EE now charge for calls to 0800 numbers?

I was charged 20p for it. And this was in the UK.

Calls to 0800 numbers are free from all phones. Can you post a copy of your bill entry showing this charge?

You should also contact CS to query this.

Could you be mixing it up with International FreePhone, 00800? These are charged up to 40p / min.
