Just applied for a contract

Hi, i have applied for a contract and I passed the extra questions via the external credit reference agency then made the upfront payment (had to do the bank verification too) then the page EE took me to was blank so I assumed all went well as I received a pre-contract email and payment was taken.

Has this gone through? I dont understand the process as ive not received any welcome emails or information regarding new number etc? Im so confused 😕

Until you receive the order number or delivery notice then nobody can say. 

If you want to check speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Is that normal for them to take money before being accepted? I thought with these things your acceptance is done straight away? Or declined and you cant progress further? Very strange to have this?

It is usual for your payment to be taken first as Pending at your bank before it can be seen if it can be fulfilled. If it can't no payment is applied for and the Pending removed.
