Itemised billing

I recently changed from BT Mobile to EE & find itemised billing being charged to my account that was neither agreed in the contract or requested, I have contacted customer services 3 times, each time i have eventually received a credit for the £2.50 but the itemised billing has still remained on my account. I have now written to customer services, why is it that EE are unable to remove this "extra" charge & does it mean that i will now have to contact customer services every month for the next 2 years in order to get recompense for this overcharging?

No, you should be able to remove it once & for all. You shouldn't have had it to start with. Perhaps with BT you did have Itemised Billing & BT thought you should have like-for-like when you went over to EE?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Having been moved from BT Mobile to EE myself I completely agree with Andy that these Itemised billing account charges of £2.50 per month (that were never agreed in the contract) should be removed from future bills automatically.

@1John1  And have you called customer support to request that itemised billing be removed from your account?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
