Hey there @Stevesingh123, welcome to the Community!
It's not possible for us to backdate full itemisation on your account as highlighted by @XRaySpeX and the solutioned post from @bristolian.
If you have ever made calls that have been charged outside of your allowance though, these will always be listed on your bill regardless of whether you have itemised billing enabled.
