Itemisation for one of numbers not shown on bill

We have two numbers but only one of them is itemised, why is that and how can it be fixed?

Welcome to the community,

I would suggest ringing customer service, as this here is not customer service and there is no account access.

Just one thing, when looking at your account, have you clicked on the drop down to see if the other number is itemised separately?
