How do I find an itemised list of the ohone numbers i have called?

I need to track down someone's phone number that I have lost. Its very important. Im concerned for their health and they are very isolated. Ive lost their phone number. I know I have called them and I would recognise the number instantly if I saw it, but I cant remember the full number. I thought maybe I could find it through billing but I cant find a break down of numbers I have called anywhere.

Does anyone know If there's a way I can find numbers I have called through billing or another way? Im really worried about my friend. Id be really grateful for any suggestions.

@Snooks : You need to be already paying £2.50 pm for Itemised Billing to see non-chargeable nos. you have called or texted. Otherwise you can only rely on your phone's Call Logs & your memory.
