Hi @qwertyuiop1231

Welcome to the community.

If you cancelled your airtime agreement after the minimum term expired, you would still need to make the monthly payments for your flex pay device. This is usually paid by Direct Debit. If you speak with our customer service team, they'll be able to locate that account and look into what has happened with the payments and give you some advice moving forward.

You should already have a repayment set up when you started your FlexPay.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

If that were the case there wouldn't be a problem, they've sent it to debt recovery it's kinda annoying because I wanted to pay my bill just ee made it so damn hard honestly I'm never going to use ee again. Their customer services just blame the customer for their **bleep**ty broken systems so I mean ee wherever you are **bleep** you.
