Log into the EE app or online account (not via the link you have) and check.
Alternatively call EE CS on 150.

"Click here to update your details" or any variation on it, is a classic phishing technique, and is best avoided. Also EE's website is ee.co.uk - any link not using that, is a sure fire red flag.
If in any doubt as to the veracity of a "problem with your account" message is to check your account on the ee.co,uk website or app.
Spam text messages, as this very much sounds like, should be reported by forwarding them to 7726 (SPAM on your phone's keypad)
