Wanted to upgrade my phone and extend my contract as would have done every year. When i want to upgrade to iphone 16 pro max with full works for iPhone is asking me £104 a month. Just looked at sim only plan for 24 months full works and they have a deal for £24 a month meaning i would have been paying £80 a month for just a phone which over 24 months is nearly £2000 where the phone cost 1200. Why do they want to make nearly 100% on the phone itself? Really disappointed after thinking about it and won't be upgrading now 😞

@Darius1212  if that sim only is on offer why are  you comparing it against a sim contract that’s not on offer but also includes a phone.  Just because EE have an offer for a sim only contract it doesn’t mean they have to include that offer against all contracts.     And there is nothing stopping you from getting the device elsewhere and taking out that sim only contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Absolutely Chris hence I won’t be doing it through EE.  My point was that EE is expensive for what they offer not the fact that you can buy it elsewhere but thank you for your contribution.

Exec Complaints were trying to convince me the other day that a SIM only deal at 25Gb/Unltd/Unltd/100Mb throttle was a realistic offer at £28pm 😱

We bought our iPhones direct from our local Apple store. Got them to put on the screen protectors using that amazing machine they have.

Based on posts here I wouldn’t buy any kit from EE.
