Can’t upgrade an out of contract simo

I have 3 simos on my account which were all well out of contract. I also have EE broadband, also out of contract.

ive managed to upgrade 2 of the simos but the offers on the 3rd simo are much more expensive than the other 2.

i would like to upgrade this 3rd simo to the same one as per order  please

Hi @CNPE  No one here has account access, if you can't upgrade online then you're going to have to call.
