Why can't I access my bills online anymore. It is asking me to download the app which I don't want to do

Invoices are available under manage - billing and then choose your bill monthly and download.

Welcome to the community,
Hqve you tried logging in via the website to your account? You should then see your bills by clocking on manage and then click on Billing, you should then be able to see your invoices via PDF and download them to view the breakdown.
