Hi, I made a claim on my insurance for damage cover on monday (22nd Jan) it was accepted and was told that DPD would be in touch about delivering the replacement phone which would most likely be on tuesday (23rd Jan) so to make sure I was free. I haven't heard anything from DPD and they haven't been out. Is there a way to check on my claim status? How long is it meant to be for DPD to contact about delivering the replacement?

Could you try downloading the DPD app and enter the email address or mobile number and postcode to see if any deliveries are showing?
