Which of mobile or BB is already linked to your MyEE?
Is the BB for fixed Home BB or a mobile router?
Which billing account number are you trying to us? Where did you get it?

Already have Mobile phone linked to EE app. Trying to link home broadband. I have the Max Gigabit fibre package. The account number I'm trying is from the broadband bill I've downloaded.

Because i get a text telling me to log into broadband.ee.co.uk to see my bills, even though the emails I receive say go to ee.co.uk which goes nowhere useful, there are two tabs one for mobile which gives me all my mobile billing, but the broadband tab says "There's no updates here check in later".

I have exactly the same problem - Broadband account number isn't recognised when I try to link it to my existing EE mobile account. Many calls to EE have failed to resolve this issue.

Hi @learly,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Is it asking for your broadband account number, or the bank account number you use to pay your direct debit?

Btw, tried to do it again and now the page has completely disappeared from the site.
At the bottom of the ee app is an option to link accounts, so I enter my account number found on the top right of my bill downloaded from mybroadbandaccount.ee.co.uk
But now when I click, instead of it asking more details it just goes back to the mybroadbandaccount.ee.co.uk page for bills, still not linked.
