Increase in monthly charge

Increase in monthly amount to more than£30 when I have my own phone and only need EE SIM. I’ve been a customer for many years. Seems unfair and now thinking if changing my provider.

Bills will go up by 14.4% this year, which you agreed to as part of your contract. If you are out of your minimum term then it usually pays to shop around every few years. Best to wait till April to change plans or providers though.

@cat_mills , have you checked your bill why it has gone up, whether there are any extras on your bill?

If you are out of contract, you can check to see what plans are available, which would suit you better, as @chistery  has said, plans are going to increase by 14% from April, and that is with all networks.
