Dear Customer Support,
I am writing to request clarification regarding my invoice for the Xbox service. According to my contract, the Xbox service ended on November 21, 2024. I paid the full invoice of £81, which covered all charges. However, despite the contract ending, I have received another invoice that includes a charge for the Xbox service for December.
I would like to request the following:
I kindly ask for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter to avoid further confusion and payment delays.
