Incorrect Xbox Invoice After Contract End

Dear Customer Support,

I am writing to request clarification regarding my invoice for the Xbox service. According to my contract, the Xbox service ended on November 21, 2024. I paid the full invoice of £81, which covered all charges. However, despite the contract ending, I have received another invoice that includes a charge for the Xbox service for December.

I would like to request the following:

  1. Confirmation that my Xbox service contract ended on November 21, 2024.
  2. An explanation of why I have received an invoice for the next month despite no longer being obligated to pay for the Xbox service.
  3. A correction of the invoice and a refund of any overpayment, if it was mistakenly charged.

I kindly ask for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter to avoid further confusion and payment delays.
