I don't have phone it broke  still paying don't want upgrade just sim only.But I'm on flexi pay till 2026

@Joeegg58  in order to upgrade early you’re gonna be required to pay off the remaining contract term of the device and the airtime contract.    Even charging to a sim only is an upgrade.

Contractually you have agreed to your monthly airtime payments for at least the duration of your minimum term, and in the case of the device loan, to repay the amount within the fixed term.

If your phone is faulty, you should get it repaired under warranty. If it's damaged or lost, then you're either looking at an insurance claim or replacing the phone at your expense.
