I'm partway through a Flex Pay Agreement on S24 Ultra. Can I upgrade to the S25 Ultra and trade-in the S24?

@dgc633 you’ll have to call customer support on 150 to see if that’s possible. When you took out the flex pay contract it did state for you to upgrade you’ll need to pay off the device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
