Sorry for your circumstance. Just to clarify..? When you say you were told your bill was £20 but were actually charged £80?  Exactly when and how were you first informed of the £20?  Have you looked at the bill for the period in question?  I've been caught out before by roaming charges and calls to numbers not covered by my contract.  That said, £60 difference is a huge amount!  Have you recently been abroad?  Without establishing your roaming fees prior to departure?

While I sympathise with your obvious shock upon discovery I'm inclined to believe your recent bill contains all the details of this event if only you had bothered to examine it sooner!?

In conclusion I hope you're period of feeling "not happy " has now passed and you've come through the experience a wiser more fiscally prudent man.

God bless x

Hi @Tuck6557

I can imagine it must have been a shock to see a bill for £80 when you were only expecting it to be £20.

We have a handy guide which helps you to understand your bill.

If you'd like us to help you understand why you have extra charges, you can give us a call, then a guide can give you a full bill breakdown.
