I need my sim number activated on my another bank account please

Welcome to the community,

Do you mean you have a different bank account and want payments to be taken from there, or what exactly do you mean?

Have you changed banks? If you cannot do it via the app or website, you will have to ring customer service to let them know that you want to change bank accounts.

This is not customer service, it is a public forum with no access to accounts.

You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers to do that though.
