How are you trying to pay the bill? Is it in the EE app or the EE website?

Have you tried to use our Fast Payment service to pay? You don't need to login, just enter your mobile number and card details.

EE says the payment didnt go through. Bank messages I have paid my bill 3 times.

Is it normally via card payment or direct debit that you pay your bills?

Failed direct debits will usually be reattempted within a week, and only if this fails a second time would the direct debit be cancelled and an alternative payment method required.

If you pay by card manually, have you tried the fast payment link that @Michael_D mentioned in the post above?
