I lost my mobile phone a month ago and I had insurance. Today I received a letter saying that the insurance does not include you. Cancel my mobile insurance.

If you would like to cancel your insurance, you will need to give our customer service guides a call.
They will pass you on to our insurance team to remove the insurance and discuss the claim with you.
