I cant find my bill

On my App it just locks up and never loads the Bill.  On the website I can't find it.

Hi @GillP13 

Could you try updating, or deleting and redownloading the app please? Your bills can be found in the Billing & Payments section of your EE Online account.

Thank you.  I know this seems silly but after deleting and reloading the app it’s still the same.  On my online account I can’t find a billing and payments section!.  I don’t know whether it’s relevant but on all controls the message is that the account holder can change these settings.

Yes, that will be why, @GillP13 

If you're the account holder you can change these settings in the manage numbers section. Just follow this link to go there and add yourself as the 'bill payer'. This should give you access to your bills.

When you open the EE app, can you see your phone's remaining allowances?

Can you see a 'view bill' tile?

James, there is no bill tile.

 

i really looking every were to get my bills i down loaded the app on my phone and am online too its the same.

no there is nothing there just a good afternoon and sales products

 

can see home shop help thats it
