Hello, I need help, on 21.05 my 24 month contract ends.
And I keep seeing a message that the update on my account is not yet possible.
There are 3 days left, so when can I renew my contract?
I need a phone and internet at work, I can't afford even one day without internet.
My plan so far is : 5G SIM Plan 24m 200GB
Anyone can help me and tell me what to do next?

Mobile contracts are not fixed term ones that end, they continue on a rolling 30day basis unless you explicitly cancel it.
All that's happening is your minimum contractual term has ended and you're free to upgrade or cancel if you so wish.
If you want to continue as you are, then do nothing - and nothing will change.

But it was a contract from 21.05.21 to 21.05.23
Does this mean that EE will automatically renew this contract without my involvement?
Will the SIM card be inactive after 21.05.23?

No, not renew. It just doesn't stop as @bristolian explained.
It's actually a contract from 21.05.21 ongoing until cancelled. 21.05.23 is simply the end of the min. term.

If you would like to upgrade and don't have the option within your My EE account, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help. If you don't upgrade as advised the contract will continue on the same plan and the SIM will work for you.
