Good afternoon does anyone know how to get a copy of my call history

If you had itemised billing active at the time, then that shows your calls.

Otherwise, your phone's call logs holds your call history.

How do you get a historic list from last year, bills are not itemised?

We won't keep a record of your call history if you haven't requested itemised receipts, but if you request this then this will be done moving forward.
