Hi, can anyone advise how to contact Channel Returns?
I phoned 150 and the person I spoke to said I need to phone 0800 079 01 03, but when I phone that it just takes me to the exact same menu as 150
I want to cancel a contract I have had for less than 14 days, I think there used to be a URL to request this but the link is broken now.

Return your mobile or mobile broadband device or SIM
If your mobile phone, 4G/5G mobile broadband device or tablet has an IMEI number, or you're returning a SIM, text RETURN to 150 from any EE mobile, and follow the steps we send you.
There's no need to send the SIM back to us but we need to cancel the upgrade or new connection.
If you're unable to text us, or your device does not have an IMEI number, you can complete our returns form. Once your form is received and processed, our team will get in touch to advise how to return your equipment.
