I upgraded today but seems to have lost my discount now - please can you help

Hi @ClaireStafford It's great news that you've upgraded your line with us.

As @Chris_B mentioned, you'd need to give us a call so a guide can take a look into your account for you.

To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
