How to bring up an EE account and view historic transactions etc

Can anyone tell me, other than going to ee.co.uk/billing, how you get to see your account details past and present?! When I do that, I get everything to do with marketing, new stuff etc etc and nothing about my account details. I feel incredibly stupid, with all the high tech questions going on around me, and here am I asking what I have not had the chance to ask EE this morning. Because of the flawed system of 'call EE on 150, get a text back, fill in your details and you get to chat with someone', (when chat, or is it speak, or talk was the option you were offered when you pressed "1" on 150). It doesnt work, is inefficient and slow if you have anything more than a 5 word question expecting a 5 word reply. If anyone can help me here, I'd be really grateful! Thanks, Woodif

No, you don't go there. That's just general Help info. You login to your online MyEE & look under Bills & Payments. You can only see your bills for the past 12 months. Anything earlier you'll have to order a duplicate bill at a price.

Thanks a lot, XRaySpeX. I'm now there, and all I can see, apart from a few options along the very top of the page including a menu which doesn't show anything apart from HOME< SHOP< HELP and BUSINESS, and my profile, I can't see anything else  apart from marketing stuff, linking devices, 'shop phone' etc,,, Can you tell me where I go next please?

Thanks, James_B, what does linking do for me and am I now unable to look at account stuff without linking? My preferred way of checking my account etc is on a laptop... Thanks!

Hi @woodificould,

Once you have linked your phone to the your EE online account or the EE app, you'll be able to view your bills and manage your account.

Thanks v much James_B. Will I need to link to download the app to my desktop or laptop if I want to use those for looking at my account? Thanks again!

Hi @woodificould,

The app can only be downloaded on smartphones and tablets.

To view your account via your web browser, please login at EE login.

Thanks for your reply. But it brings me right back to my initial question: once I have logged in, I arrive at an EE page that gives no links or menus to my account info. How do I proceed from there, on my laptop or desktop?

Hi @woodificould.

Once you have created your EE ID and logged in you should automatically be asked to link products.

If you are not getting this option please give us a call and our EE guides will be able to link this for you. 

When calling please select option 2 to be taken to our automated service.
