How to add additional line?

Hi,  I’m on all rounder plan and i want to add additional line under my account for my wife. She’s currently on PAYG sim. What’s steps should i do first? Tia

I've no idea whether the online shop allows you to specify an existing pay-monthly account rather than new one, but in-store & telesales certainly will.
