Hi, I joined EE through a SIM only plan yesterday, I have received multiple confirmation emails, one confirming the contract and another to say my order is on its way which were both also received yesterday. My EE account doesn’t show anything regarding the new contract and seems to act like a brand new account still and was just double checking if this is normal, whether this updates when I receive the SIM or if I have to link the SIM to my account later. Thanks!

You have to link your mobile no. to your a/c when you receive it.
