As mentioned if you don't currently have an internet connection you wont be able to pay online. You can also pay by phone or by text as detailed on our ways to pay your bill page.

If your Net is not working, the app won't run. It uses data.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
