Hi. I hope someone can help me. I have two phone contract with ee, we upgraded from pay monthly to pay as you go plan at few days ago, but we not really happy with the plan so we decided cancel all them change to another one. I have called 150 twice to told them that we request cancel out two phone contract, and sent two e-mails to channel.returns@ee.co.uk. There's nothing i need return back to ee because we still use our old phone not new SIM card. They replied that that have received my email but not further information of my cancellation has been progress.

Yes, on pay as you go you can upgrade or leave at any time.
To get your PAC, just text PAC to 65075 and you'll receive it by text.

What are you looking to change to from pay as you go?
You can complete an upgrade from pay as you go at anytime as you're not tied into a contract.

Hi. Jon. Thank you so much for your reply. I am waiting for this for few days. So you mean i can leave EE to another service now. I am sorry to leave EE, but i have checked online, the other service got better deal as we have tried to save money. Please could you send two phones pac code to us. One phone number is xxxxxxxxxx. Another one is xxxxxxxxxxx.
