How do I stop receiving promotions from EE through the post including bills

Hi Michael 

I have an account with mobile monthly account with EE. Promotional literature is coming to my address in Warwickshire shown on your records. I also want to stop any bills being sent to this address. Thank you Deborah

If you get in touch with our billing guides, they can switch off paper billing for you, and also amend your marketing settings to prevent any marketing and promotional material being sent to you by post.
