Thankyou! A question - if I am to upgrade now - which I can to an phone 13 - my current iPhone 11 monthly bill comes out on the 6th of each month, does this mean if I upgrade to my iPhone 13 - I will have to pay two payments of my new iPhone 13 for next month and my iPhone 11?

No, you only pay for each phone pro-rata for the time you have it.

I have just upgraded my iPhone 11 to an iPhone 13 - I have paid the £50.00 fee to be paid, the money has gone out of my bank account - but I have had no confirmation or anything to say my order has been recieved?? I did this online..
