I've been trying to find a way to speak to a PERSON re a recent (disappeared) text re 30% increase in charge for mobile.

You can find the numbers to call us on our contact us page. If you select option 1 when calling you will get a text back to use our visual menu and just select the option to talk to someone about your bill. Or you can press option 2 when you call to use the traditional audio menu to select who you need to talk to. They will be able to check regarding the text message you received.

@Mull1gm You call customer support on 150 and select option 2 then listen to the other options given and select the closest to your issue.
