To request paper bills you would need to call us on 150 and the team will set this up for future bills for you. Paper bills are chargeable.

Or, you can download the bills in your My EE and this will show payments for you.

You could ask CS for a Bill Reissue @ £2.55 / bill. I think this might come on paper.
