Buying a game on XBOX

Hi All

I am trying to purchase a game on the XBOX for my son for £64.99.  But the option to pay with EE (my mobile number) is greyed out.  I thought this was due to my spend cap being £50 so i removed the spend cap about 2 hours ago but its still greyed out  I have bought XBOX games before in the past with no issue.

I never have any problems paying my bill, due to my income, so does anyone know why this greyed out ? I have already have about £80 of other extra charges this month, has that something to do with it or is there a maximum amount you can use in one purchase?

I have tried calling customer services but cant seem to get through at the moment.

Cheers!

Thank you James that explains it! I bought Planet Coaster and that was only 39.99 so that's why it went through last time I bought a game.
