I'm not that tech savvy, but all I can find are payments and dates. Because everything is paperless now, I have nothing to look through. I can't find them anywhere in my EE account online. If you can help, that would be great.

@Ismi Itemised billing is a chargeable option, you’ll need to call customer support to request this. It’ll only show itemised billing from the date requested and isn’t back dated.

Have you linked your mobile no. to your EE a/c? Have you linked your BB to your EE a/c?
They will have separate bills.
You don't get itemised billing with your mobile unless you pay for it.
