Good morning,
Since I do not live in UK anymore, I would like to cancel my SIM contract.
Unfortunately I could not find any function to cancel my SIM contract in web, and also I could not send mail to EE.
Is there anyone from EE can call me? my UK phone number is +44-xxxxxxxxx
Thank you.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

@ash1007 : You can't! If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

Can i use Skype and make phone call to EE?
