How can I view previous bill details with using the app (the app says try again later continuously).

Welcome to the community,

If you log into the app, same via the website, where you see your mobile, latest bill, click on the arrow and then click on see your plan bills and devices for mobile, the same for broadband bills click on that one, see details and then choose which one you want to see, then scroll down and click on download bill as PDF, you can then see the whole bill;.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Login to your online a/c @ https://ee.co.uk/exp/home . That's all the app does anyway.
