I’m currently on a plan where I pay £25 a month but I want to now change to pay as you go. How can I do this online ?

@Nikita29 : You can't! You need to call CS to give 30 days notice of cancelling your contract & request it be moved to PAYG.

- £10 pack for 20gb but says 8gb in Pay as you go
- Account closed, not by me now I have a £419 bill in Contracts & Billing
