Higher than expected bill

I really can't work out the billing (yes will phone customer services later).  I expected my 2nd bill on the new contract to be £48 but it's £52.36.  Does this make sense to anyone? Will my next bill be £48?

Regular charges

Full Works SIM £48                                     £96.00

Credit for changes to your services  -£43.62

Subtotal for Regular charges is           £52.38

You upgraded to new plan during last month.

New plan is presumably dearer than old plan. You should be charged £48 next month.

@Tippyheadstrong , if you download your bill, you can check the breakdown of your bill and see what you have been charged and any extras, we have no idea about your bill, I would take a look or speak to customer service.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
