I pay my bill 100.40 pounds on 7.11.22 , i receive the mail with the confirmation and the money we're taken out from my bank account and in your website looks like nothing happen.
Today on 9.11.22 i pay the overdue of 42.48 pounds and still nothing, i receive the mail with the confirmation, i checked my bank account and the money been taken, so the total what i pay was 142.88 pounds, much more than my normal bill and still didn't get the service and on the website it's still asking me for payments. What's wrong with your website guys? I cannot use my service and i need it.

Is your phone service unrestricted? Is it just the My EE account that seems to be suspended?
