Help with monthly billing

i spoke to an operator on the phone and he said he’ll be able to help me regarding my monthly payments but when i call 150 to pay half it says i have to pay a minimum of £105 to re activate my account but he agreed £80 on the phone can someone call me or reply to this and help me since i can’t call anyone at ee.

@Ally581 : You can't downgrade to a cheaper plan mid-term, but only in your upgrade window from 30 days before end of term.
