I was previously with a customer with ee, no outstanding payment when I left and currently with a new company. Today randomly I got an email off my credit score provider to tell me that my account has been reactivated. I did not do this. Why has this happened and is this going to affect my credit score?

When you left EE did you close your account by giving us your notice?
If yes, did you receive a PAC code and use this with your new provider?
